Discover Florence, the cradle of Renaissance, walking through an open air museum. During the walking tour a professional tour guide will show you the treasures of this fabulous city, the Duomo with the Dome by Brunelleschi, masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, Giotto Bell Tower and the Baptistery, one of the oldest religious building of the city, with its “golden gate”, the door of the Paradise by Lorenzo Ghiberti.
Enjoy a typical medieval quartier where Dante, the father of the Italian language was born, to get to the Signoria Square, the political heart of Florence with the imposing city hall. The square is full of statues carved by great masters, also the copy of Michelangelo’s David. Then go to the Santa Croce square to see the church where Michelangelo, Galileo and Machiavelli are buried in (entrance not preview). Then admire Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in town, famous all over the world for its elegant jewelry shops.
