One day in Rome
Cinque Terre tour (9 hours)
Departure for this wonderful land overlooking the sea, from where you can admire some of the most beautiful landscapes in world: this are the so called Cinque Terre.
Leave in the morning to Riomaggiore (about 2 ½ hours transfer from Florence) and free time to visit this beautiful location. Depending on the weather, we strongly recommend to reach the little village of Manarola trough a walk along the panoramic path known all over the world as "The Way of love", built in the Twenties, about 900 meters over the sea, very charming and romantic.
In the village of Manarola, and after a quick stop, you can take the local train (whose tickets will be delivered by our driver in Riomaggiore), which is the only way to visit this beautiful and memorable side of this Italian coast.
The train stops in Corniglia, Vernazza and finally in Monterosso, where our driver will be waiting for Your return transfer in the late afternoon.
Perugia and Assisi (9 hours)
Pick up at the hotel in the morning and after about 2 hours transfer we'll reach Perugia, famous town of Etruscan origin known since the tenth century BC. Free time to visit the beautiful old town.
After 2 hours, move to Assisi (about 30 minutes transfer), known throughout the world for being the birthplace of St. Francis. Free time for lunch, and to visit churches and monuments. After 2 hours stop, return in the the late afternoon.
Ferrari Gallery & Balsamic Vinegar (9 hours)
Leave the hotel in the morning to reach (approximately after 2 hours transfer) the "realm" of the luxury car: Maranello and its most famous company, Ferrari.
Enter the gallery to visit, learn, and be surprised by the history and the models that have made this car the most prestigious in the world!
After about 3 hours visit (if required we can provide for a professional guide in the museum), move to a small village in the province of Modena, to visit a small company producing another typical product of the area: the balsamic vinegar. Production processes will be explained by a local expert of the company, and it will be followed by a small tasting. In the late afternoon return to your accomodation.
Brenta River with a boat from Oriago to Strà (10 hours)
Leave early in the morning, and after approximately 2 hours and a half transfer, we'll reach Oriago, a small town in the province of Venice, located near the estuary of the river Brenta once sailed by the rich Venetians to reach their houses in the countryside from Venice. You'll board on a typical boat and make a slow navigation through magnificent landscapes rich in wonderful villas, with various stops for guided tours. Once reached the town of Strà (after 3 and a half hour), our driver will be waiting to bring you back to your accommodation.
Shopping in Milan (10 hours)
Dedicated to those who want to make shopping in the capital of Italian fashion.
Leave in the morning and after about 3 hours and a half will reach the heart of Milan, known as the famous "fashion triangle" composed of Via Montenapoleone, Via Della Spiga and Corso Venezia. Time at lesure for walking and...shopping! Return to Florence in the late afternoon. Upon request (and always subjet to confirmation due to the reduced accessibility) you can also combine a visit to "The Last Supper" by Leonardo da Vinci.
One Day in Rome (10 hours)
... "Rome wasn't built in a day ..." Nevertheless we can visit it in a single day!
Departure from Florence in the morning, and after about 3 hours transfer we'll arrive in the heart of the Italian capital to meet a professional guide for a walking tour of 3 and a half hours of Vatican City and its wonders: starting from Vatican Museums, famous throughout the world for the largest collection of artworks of the ancient world .... Our visit continues with the view of the Sistine Chapel and it ends with the magnificent St. Peter's Basilica. At the end of the tour, free time for lunch and relax. Before leaving the so called "Eternal city" a sightseeing panoramic tour by car to admire the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, etc.. Back to Florence in the evening.
